Trutiya Ratna envisions a world where accessibility, dignity, and inclusion are universal rights. Guided by the principles of intersectionality, our work recognises that caste, class, gender, religion, ethnicity, and disability often intersect to deepen exclusion. We actively support children, students, and youth with disabilities by connecting them to early detection and intervention services, inclusive education, mentorship, and direct assistance.
Our initiatives include providing learning resources, digital tools, and mobility aids to ensure equal access to education. Our team members—many of whom are first-generation Dalit learners with disabilities—lead by example, advocating for disability rights and inclusive education. Through awareness sessions on disability, mental health, and accessibility, we strive to challenge stigma and promote the full participation of persons with disabilities in education, women’s empowerment, and community development.
At Trutiya Ratna, disability inclusion is not an isolated goal but an essential part of our broader vision of social justice—where every individual, regardless of ability or background, can live, learn, and lead with dignity.
